“I can also say nothing but positive things about the team. I found it quite hard to commit to orthodontic treatment at first—I didn’t think my teeth were that bad (even though they were), and I didn’t have any pain either. Eventually, in 2019, I went for a consultation at another clinic. The doctor told me at first glance that due to my crossbite I would also need surgery, which he did not perform, so he suggested I look for a clinic where they could handle everything, including surgery.

The idea of surgery scared me a bit, and then the COVID pandemic started, so I decided to put the whole thing on hold again. Finally, in the spring of 2022, based on my dentist’s recommendation, I visited two clinics. The treatment plan and the price were the same, so I chose the Borbély clinic based on sympathy—and it turned out to be the best possible decision.

We started the treatment in October 2022, and the braces were removed at the end of September 2025. I had both a minor and a major jaw surgery; the recovery period was long and difficult, but it was absolutely worth it.

My doctor was Dr. Tamás Baksa. He was always very kind, patient, and efficient. Whenever I had a problem or a question, he responded quickly—either by email or by calling me back. They were always flexible with appointments, and even when I needed urgent help, someone was able to see me the very next day.

Although I actually enjoyed coming here and the braces didn’t make my daily life difficult, I’m happy that the treatment is over—and I’m completely satisfied with the result.” 😊
